Sacred Waters Sanctuary is an inclusive church of the sacred plants
hosting monthly ceremonial retreats.
Sangha Members gather for weekly song circles, monthly cacao concerts and community yoga, meditation, dancing and spiritual integration circles.

Both of these systems leave us feeling judgemental towards ourselves and “broken”, like there is something unchangeably wrong with us.
Sacred Waters is founded on the truth that we are all naturally creative, resourceful & whole. In every moment, we’re connected with the Divinity of the Universe, whether we realize it or not.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
MY NAME IS ARIA NAIDOO AND I BELIEVE THAT SACRED ENTHEOGENIC PLANTS HOLD THE POTENTIAL TO BRING ABOUT POSITIVE CHANGE IN THE WORLD.
IN MY MID 20'S, I MOVED TO THE USA FROM SOUTH AFRICA FOR A TECH CAREER, AND SPENT A DECADE GRAPPLING WITH DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND BURNT-OUT WHILST SEARCHING FOR HAPPINESS IN MATERIAL SUCCESS AND EXTERNAL LOVE.
IN MY YOUTH, I HAD BEEN DEEPLY SPIRITUAL, PRACTICING BUDDHISM, YOGA AND MEDITATION, YET THE MORE WORLDLY SUCCESS I FOUND, THE MORE DISCONNECTED I FELT FROM WHAT I REALLY WANTED IN LIFE.
MY LIFE WAS TURNED UPSIDE DOWN WHEN MY MOTHER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER, AND MY FIANCE SUDDENLY BROKE OFF OUR ENGAGEMENT. I WENT SEARCHING FOR HEALING IN SOMATIC MOVEMENT (DANCE), SPIRITUALITY AND MUSIC, WHICH LED ME TO SACRED PLANT MEDICINES. WITH THESE MAJESTIC TEACHERS, I HAVE FOUND FAR MORE THAN HEALING. I'VE EXPLORED THE LANDSCAPE WITHIN, MAKING PEACE WITH MY SHADOW, AND LEARNING TO LOVE MYSELF UNCONDITIONALLY. I FOLLOWED MY PASSION FOR MUSIC, AND ACCEPTED MY AUTHENTIC SELF, ATTRACTING MORE LOVE AND JOY INTO MY LIFE THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED.
IN 2019, I WAS CALLED BY SACRED ACACIA TO HELP OTHERS HEAL AND SHINE, LEADING TO A 5-YEAR CEREMONIAL FACILITATION MENTORSHIP AND A SIGNIFICANT APPRENTICESHIP IN PERU.
I AM DEDICATED TO OUR MISSION OF HELPING OTHERS ON THEIR JOURNEYS TO EXPLORE WITHIN, SURRENDER TO THE FLOW, AND CONNECT WITH THE DIVINE THAT IS IN ALL THINGS.
